Joshua has spent more than 20 years leading and developing people across every kind of reporting structure: store and district employees, national and international sales teams, and industry partners, exemplifying that leadership is influence, not a title.
That experience shaped everything Keelin Consulting does. Anyone can lead up, across and down from wherever they sit, and when people are trusted with real responsibility, they rise to meet it.
Keelin Consulting began as sales training and grew into leadership development. The Leadership Collective is the flagship of that work and experience: a place where leaders rise, whatever their title.
Joshua has spent decades studying leadership from every source he could find, taking the best of each and building it into his own methods, including the R.I.S.E. Impact™ Leadership Framework. He is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, and his work brings together DISC personality styles and practical execution habits that turn goals into weekly action.
